• We will meet the deadlines we set (or in extreme cases let you know in advance of our inability to do so).
• We will always discuss in advance, our fee arrangement with you.

Your commitment to us

Success depends on a mutually open and trusting relationship, with clients in agreement with the following:

• You will be open, frank and honest with us at all times. If you have any concerns about our work you will notify us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
• You will give us any and all information we need to complete our work. You will give us access to your team within the time frames mutually agreed upon.
• You will make yourself available to complete tasks you’ve agreed to work on for us.
• You will make every effort to return our phone calls/emails within one business day.
• You will make every effort to be punctual for all meetings. If you absolutely must miss a meeting you will provide at least 24 hours notice.
• You will agree to listen to any advice we offer. (We acknowledge your absolute right to reject that advice for any reason.)
• You will pay for our services either electronically on a monthly basis or immediately when an invoice is rendered.
• You will give consideration to referring us to other businesses whom you believe would benefit from a relationship with us.
